I gave the ASUS Skype Video Phone Touch SV1TS to my parents as a Christmas gift last year. They like to Skype with my sister and her family, but the computer is located in the basement. They do not want the computer upstairs, but it is often too cold in the basement to stay down there long on a Skype call. They put this videophone in the living room and now they are "Skyping" more than ever! It acts just like a telephone, taking messages and ringing when someone is calling. It appears to go into a power-saving mode when not in use, so now my parents can be online and "available" all the time. They are very happy with being able to see their grandchildren whenever they want. I am very pleased with the quality of the picture and webcamera. Overall, it was probably the best Christmas present given by anyone in my family last year :)!!
