This product did not work inside my home. I tried all the tips I could find but it would not connect. I wrote to support and followed the suggestions (they were a little slow in responding) and it still would not connect. The phone would see the network but would not connect to it. I found as others have rated that it felt really lite which can be good or bad depending on the circumstance. I never got the change to actually make a call on the phone because of the connection problem. All in all I am not sure if this would be a good investment for someone that does not have good connection in their home.
