Quite honestly I prefer the ergonomics and audio quality of my IPEVO FR-33 versus the Philips but it's lack of a cord storage solution causes the unusually long cable to get tangled up in my laptop bag. The Philips solves this with a unique wraparound storage compartment on the back of the handset. If you're using the phone with your laptop the Philips is probably a better choice but if the cord problem doesn't concern you I'd recommend the IPEVO. That said, both models work well and are reasonably priced.
