Ordered this skype phone expecting the worst and hoping for the best. The phone works as advertised I only wish the LCD would display your skype contact list although it does function as a caller ID when your are called on Skype. I tested/used this phone under windows XP/Vista 64/W7 64 with NO problems at all. If you need a cheap USB skype phone, this one works.
