I was very disappointed in the phone and the support is abysmal. I don't know why I should have to load a firmware update from 2007 on a new phone. The phone disconnected from my wi-fi every 10 to 15 minutes. The battery life was only 3 to 4 hours, so not much good as a wireless phone. Overall a very poorly implemented product which sadly doesn't seem to have had any improvements since release a few years ago.
